No, all you will need to start a video telehealth visit is input the patient name and phone number. All your patient data and charting will be handled by your current EHR as usual. It does not get any easier than this.

Attend Telehealth is used to complement your current EHR to handle the video calls with your patient. All your staff has to do is to input the patient name and mobile number to start the video call. We also have a separate product name Attend Telehealth Premium that can integrate directly with your EHR.
Attend Telehealth handles the video call, you can handle the billing portion as you would with a normal patient with your current credit card processor or insurance biller.
The Attend Telehealth Essentials plan currently costs $19 per month, per provider. This is our most popular plan. If you require customizations, white labeling, integrations, custom workflows, the pricing will be quoted accordingly.
Nope! No software or apps needed to install. All you have to do login via your browser to setup your telehealth visit. Once you input your patient name and phone number, our system will send the patient a link via text message to initiate the telemedicine session. It’s that easy!
